I work with clients who want support with things like anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, life transitions, relationship challenges, and repeating patterns that feel hard to break.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with a Master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve worked in high-acuity treatment settings, supporting clients with complex mental health and substance use needs. I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, PTSD & trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and substance use recovery, and relationship challenges.
My private practice clinical approach is supportive, direct, and practical. I help clients build insight and actually apply it, so therapy doesn’t stay stuck at “I know why I do this,” but becomes real change in everyday life.

I’ll assess my availability and will contact you, typically within 2 business days.Scheduling vs Consultation.
After we connect you can choose to do a brief (15-min consultation) up on request. Or we can just get straight into scheduling. You’ll use a link to complete onboarding directly through my provider platform.The provider platform verifies insurance and schedules your sessions
Once onboarding is complete, you’ll have an opportunity to schedule and we will begin the journey there.

I accept insurance/ You can provide me your insurance plan on the inquiry form so I can do a quick pre-check prior to scheduling a consultation. Scheduling a session is dependent on Final coverage and eligibility insurance verification once finishing the onboarding process.
