Welcome to Lo Standard. By using this website, submitting a form, booking services, or participating in any Lo Standard offering, you agree to the terms below. effective February 18th, 2026.

if you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or services.

LO Standard provides educational content, coaching services, and self-development resources for informational and personal growth purposes. Coaching and psychoeducational services offered through LO Standard are non-clinical and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, nor do they substitute for therapy or other clinical treatment by a licensed professional. While LO Standard offerings may incorporate psychological insight and evidence-informed tools, participation in coaching or psychoeducational services through LO Standard does not create a therapist–client relationship.

I also provide psychotherapy services in my private practice as a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Therapy services are separate from LO Standard coaching services and are provided through a clinical platform (Rula), subject to separate intake, consent, and clinical documentation requirements. Participation in LO Standard coaching or educational offerings does not establish a therapy relationship, even if you later pursue therapy services with me.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate support, call 911 for emergencies or 988 for crisis support. LO Standard coaching services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis services

Lo Standard’s website, forms, email, and coaching services are not monitored 24/7 and are not intended for emergency or crisis support.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911.
If you need crisis support in the U.S., call or text 988.

Using this website, submitting a contact/inquiry form, emailing, or booking a consultation does not automatically create a therapy relationship or coaching relationship.

• A therapy relationship is only established after completion of the required intake and consent process through the clinical platform (Rula), and confirmation that services will move forward.

• A coaching relationship is only established after agreement to coaching services and confirmation of booking/payment.

Lo Standard reserves the right to decline services, refer out, or determine that a request is not a fit.

By using this website or submitting a request for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific service).

Therapy services are only available in locations where I am legally authorized to practice. Coaching services may be available more broadly, but all services remain subject to fit, scope, and availability.

All coaching services offered through Lo Standard are private pay and are not billed to insurance.

Current coaching options and rates are listed on the Lo Standard website and may be updated at any time. Pricing in effect at the time of booking will apply to that service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is required to confirm coaching sessions and packages.

Coaching Packages

If you purchase a coaching package:

• Packages are non-transferable

• Packages may not be shared with another person

• Packages must be used within the stated expiration period (see Section 8)

Lo Standard may offer a free consultation / eligibility call. This call is for determining fit, goals, and next steps. It is not a coaching or therapy session.

Any introductory coaching session (such as a Standard Strategy Session) is still considered a coaching service and is subject to these Terms.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

• Missed sessions / no-shows may be charged the full session fee or counted as a used package session.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to preserve the scheduled time.

• Exceptions may be made at Lo Standard’s discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

To support momentum and consistency, coaching packages must be used within a reasonable timeframe.

Recommended default policy (edit if needed):

• Monthly Standard package must be used within 8 weeks of purchase

• Standard Reset package must be used within 16 weeks of purchase

Unused sessions expire after the package expiration date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Expired sessions are forfeited.

Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

• If a package is purchased and services begin, refunds are generally not provided for unused sessions.

• In rare situations, Lo Standard may offer a partial credit or alternative arrangement at its sole discretion.

• If services are discontinued by Lo Standard due to fit/scope concerns, an appropriate referral and/or prorated consideration may be offered at discretion.

Lo Standard may offer brief between-session messaging support for accountability and clarification, depending on the service selected.

Between-session messaging support:

• Is for coaching-related check-ins, accountability, and clarification

• Is not for crisis support or emergency communication

• Does not replace scheduled sessions

• Typically receives a response within 24–48 business hours

• Is not guaranteed outside regular business hours, weekends, or holidays

Lo Standard coaching services are provided in a private and respectful manner. Information shared during coaching will be handled with care and used to support your services.

However, coaching is not the same as psychotherapy, and coaching communications may not be protected under the same legal confidentiality standards that apply to therapy.

Lo Standard may disclose information if required by law or if there is a concern involving safety, abuse, neglect, or threatened harm to self or others.

Therapy confidentiality, documentation, and informed consent are handled separately through the therapy platform and related clinical agreements.

Lo Standard coaching services are provided virtually. By participating, you understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, device, and private space for sessions

• Technical issues may occasionally interrupt sessions

• If a connection issue occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or reschedule

• Lo Standard is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, or device issues

Lo Standard coaching and educational services are designed to support growth, insight, and behavior change. However, results are not guaranteed.

Your progress depends on many factors, including your participation, consistency, readiness for change, and circumstances outside of Lo Standard’s control.

Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of outcomes are shared for informational purposes and do not guarantee a specific result.

All content on this website and in Lo Standard offerings — including text, worksheets, prompts, curriculum materials, branding, graphics, downloadable resources, and original frameworks — is the intellectual property of Lo Standard unless otherwise stated.

You may use materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, publish, or sell Lo Standard materials without prior written permission.

By using this website or services, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse Lo Standard or others

• Use the website or services for unlawful purposes

• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information

• Copy or misuse Lo Standard content or materials

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security

Lo Standard reserves the right to restrict access or terminate services if these terms are violated.

Lo Standard reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue coaching services at any time if:

• The service is not a fit

• Coaching is outside the appropriate scope of support

• A higher level of care or clinical treatment is recommended

• Policies or boundaries are not being respected

• Safety concerns arise

When appropriate, referrals to other resources or services may be provided.

Lo Standard may use third-party platforms or services (such as website hosting, scheduling, forms, payment processors, or therapy platform links) to provide services and manage communication.

By using this website and services, you acknowledge that those third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Therapy services are currently provided through Rula, and therapy-related scheduling, billing, onboarding, and insurance verification are subject to Rula’s policies and procedures.

Information submitted through Lo Standard forms or contact methods is used to respond to your request, communicate about services, and support service delivery.

Please avoid sharing highly sensitive or urgent information through website forms.

Lo Standard may update these Terms & Services at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
