"..This is just how I am" — no.

When pain gets passed down long enough, it starts to look like you. you’re not broken. you’ve just never seen your reflection without the filter. That’s not you. That’s what you learned to be. rewrite your story. rewrite your standard. - lo

  • Hi, i am lo. I created the concept of LO Standard after surviving what I now jokingly call psychological warfare disguised as a breakup. At the time, though, it wasn’t funny — it was unraveling. I felt completely lost. Not just in what I was doing… but in who I even was.

There was a time when my standards were low — for how I let myself be treated, how I spoke to myself, and what I believed I deserved.

That cycle didn’t shift because someone saved me. It shifted the moment I stopped trying to fix what felt broken and started remembering who I already was beneath the chaos.

That’s when I began raising my own standard — and moved into a version of myself I didn’t know was possible.

And that journey has led me here — creating this space for others to do the same: to raise their standard, reconnect with themselves, and finally live in alignment with who they are becoming.

  • With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and hands-on experience working in the mental health field, I bring both professional insight and lived experience to the table. But beyond credentials, what truly shaped this work was life itself — navigating heartbreak, self-doubt, anxiety, and the slow process of learning how to raise my own standard.

lo standard was born from that intersection: clinical understanding meets real-world healing. These groups aren’t about fixing you — they’re about supporting your becoming, with tools, reflection, and a community that holds space for growth without judgment.-

While this space is non-clinical, I always encourage you to explore any topics or insights from our groups with your own mental health professional. Your personal growth deserves layered support.

    • 1:1 Coaching Sessions – Focused on untangling perfectionism, overthinking, self-doubt, codependency, and whatever else you’ve been quietly carrying.

    • Group Sessions (Coming Soon) – Because growth deserves community. These will include reflection, tools, and space to show up without the pressure to perform.

  • Coming soon

I will be holding groups that are a non-clinical mental health offering — open to all and designed to explore the inner work in a way that’s engaging, honest, and real.

Rooted in psychoeducation, curiosity, and connection (not diagnosis), these sessions offer a soft landing place for the parts of you that are seeking clarity, growth, and presence.

Whether you’re untangling thought patterns, rebuilding your self-talk, or simply learning how to stay with yourself in the uncomfortable moments — this space is for you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to show up.

  • While I’m trained as a clinician, Lo Standard is a non-clinical space. This means it’s not therapy, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness here. I always encourage clients to bring insights from our work to their own therapist — because healing deserves layered support.

This is a space for exploring what it means to be human — full of contradictions and still worthy of care. Through reflection, conversation, and connection, we raise our standard for how we see ourselves, how we show up, and how we care for one another. Remember, you can rewrite your standard anytime. Come as you are — stay as you become.
