Therapy

Therapy may be for you if you’re dealing with:
Mental health or trauma symptoms
Emotional overwhelm or instability
Repeating patterns you can’t break
Daily functioning concerns (sleep, appetite, work, relationships)
Evidenced-based treatment and working in a clinical framework

I provide mental health therapy through a secure provider platform. Insurance billing and scheduling are handled through that platform. If you’re seeking therapy with me (virtual or in-person), please complete the Therapy Intake Form first. Once I review your request and confirm fit/availability, I’ll send you a referral link that fits your needs so you can complete onboarding and we can get you scheduled.

Insurance: I accept insurance through but it varies. You’ll list your plan on the intake form so I can confirm I’m in-network. The secure provider platform will then verify benefits and eligibility during onboarding before you schedule.
Private Pay: I offer cash-pay therapy as well and my 60-minute psychotherapy rate is $200 a session.
Coaching

Coaching is usually a good fit if you want support with:
Clarity, direction, and decision-making
Accountability and follow-through (routines, goals, consistency)
Boundaries, confidence, and self-trust
Life transitions (career, relationships, identity, lifestyle)
Practical tools + action steps (future-focused)
***Coaching is not mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care; it’s goal-focused support and skill-building.

Coaching is private pay (cash pay) and isn’t billed to insurance. All coaching is virtual or In-person (coming soon, complete inquiry form to get on the waitlist).

I will be providing curriculum-based coaching groups for psychoeducation, growth + skills that are private pay. Groups will be held in-person in San Diego or virtual and is currently TBD
