Totally normal.
Here are the most common ones about working with me for therapy, coaching, and upcoming groups.
-
Therapy is clinical mental health treatment. It can help with emotional overwhelm, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and patterns that are impacting your day-to-day functioning.
Coaching is non-clinical, future-focused support. It’s designed to help you build clarity, accountability, boundaries, self-trust, and follow-through.
If you’re not sure which one fits, start with the Raise Your Standard button or Contact Me button at the top of the page and I’ll help guide you.
-
To request therapy, you have to be a California resident and complete the Inquiry Form on my website. I’ll review your request and contact you to see our fit and availability. If we proceed, we will begin the onboarding process and scheduling. For out-of-state I also offer 1:1 coaching sessions built around clarity, accountability, values work, and real-life tools. No fluff. No fix-you energy. Just grounded support from someone who gets it.

Absolutely. Lo Standard can complement therapy, but it’s not a replacement.
A lot of people use this space to go deeper into what they’re already exploring—or to prep for therapy they’re planning to start.I’m a huge advocate for mental health treatment. Therapy is always encouraged for personalized, clinical support.
