Totally normal.
Here are the most common ones about working with me for therapy, coaching, and upcoming groups.
-
Therapy is clinical mental health treatment. It can help with emotional overwhelm, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and patterns that are impacting your day-to-day functioning. Therapy with me is provided through Rula and may be covered by insurance.
Coaching is non-clinical, future-focused support. It’s designed to help you build clarity, accountability, boundaries, self-trust, and follow-through. Coaching is private pay and not billed to insurance.
If you’re not sure which one fits, start with the Raise Your Standard button or Contact Me button at the top of the page and I’ll help guide you.

To request therapy, complete the Therapy Inquiry Form on my website. I’ll review your request for fit and availability. If we’re a fit and I’m accepting new clients, I’ll send you my Telehealth provider platform referral link so you can complete onboarding, insurance verification, and scheduling. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions built around clarity, accountability, values work, and real-life tools. No fluff. No fix-you energy. Just grounded support from someone who gets it.
Soon, I’ll be launching monthly group sessions—interactive, guided, and real as hell. Think: psychoeducation, values-led prompts, and honest conversation without the labels.
groups and coaching is not therapy.
It’s support that hits different. -
Absolutely. Lo Standard can complement therapy, but it’s not a replacement.
A lot of people use this space to go deeper into what they’re already exploring—or to prep for therapy they’re planning to start.I’m a huge advocate for mental health treatment. Therapy is always encouraged for personalized, clinical support.

Yes — therapy is offered through a Telehealth provider platform (Rula), and insurance is handled through their platform. You can list your insurance on the Therapy Inquiry Form so I can do a quick pre-check, and Rula confirms final eligibility during onboarding.
Coaching and groups are private pay and are not billed to insurance.

Because of the time, energy, and planning that goes into each session, all sales are final. For full details, please refer to the refund and cancellation policy. If something comes up, reach out—I’m human. I’ll always do my best to work with you.

My coaching style is direct, supportive, and practical. We focus on patterns, standards, and real-life follow-through — not just talking in circles. Sessions are structured and designed to help you leave with clarity, tools, and a plan you can actually use.

Coaching is a good fit for things like:
Perfectionism
Overthinking
Self-doubt
Codependency / relationship patterns
Boundaries
Life transitions
Accountability and consistency
Building self-trust and clear standards
If you’re unsure whether coaching or therapy is the better fit, I can help you sort that out.
