  • this coaching package includes for 4 (90min) sessions + 1 standard setting (60min session) to get us started. Best for consistency, structure, and meaningful progress. Ideal if you want regular support and momentum over time.

  • 8 (90min) sessions + 1 standard setting (60min) session to get us started. This is the Best valued package for deeper pattern work and long-term follow-through. Designed for clients ready to create lasting change with support and accountability.
